IIAN’s annual convention is the one time each year when our entire association comes together in one place: to learn, strengthen relationships, and celebrate our members’ accomplishments.

The IIAN group rate is $170/night, and our room block cutoff date is September __, 2026, or when all rooms in the block are filled. After this date or if the block is full, discounted pricing may no longer be available.

Setup & Schedule

  • Setup: October 28, 1:30-4:00 PM  (Don’t forget your name tags at the IIAN registration desk!)
  • Trade Show: October 28, 4:30-6:30 PM
  • Teardown: Complete by 9:00 PM

  • 8′ draped table + 2 chairs
  • Pipe and drape backdrop
  • Wi-Fi access

  • Ship no more than 48 hours before event
  • Please bring pre-paid return labels for shipping your package back

Trade Show Details

  • Plenty of food and drinks will be served in the exhibit hall!
  • Your drink tickets are included in your name tag envelope
  • Please draw for your booth prizes by 6:00 PM and post your winners on the Exhibitor Prize Board
  • IIAN cannot notify winners or ship prizes
  • You are responsible for your valuables before, during, and after the Trade Show

The IIAN Foundation is awarding 3 scholarships to young agents to cover their conference registration fees! This is a great environment for young professionals to learn, network, and grow.

Apply by September __ to be considered. 

The winners will be notified the week of September __ in order to meet our September __ hotel room block deadline.

(Hotel reservations are not included in this scholarship; you must reserve on your own.)

Recognition of outstanding effort and service is an important function of your association. Each year, Big “I” Nebraska recognizes the contribution of outstanding individuals. This year’s awards will be presented during IIAN’s 119th Annual Convention in Kearney. 

Please nominate deserving individuals no later than ____. 

Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel in writing at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

Photography, Video & Event Information:
By registering for this event, you understand that you may be photographed or recorded during the event or related activities. You agree to allow these images or recordings to be used for legitimate purposes by IIAN, including publications, promotional materials, website content, and electronic communications. You acknowledge that an attendee list, including email addresses, may be shared with exhibitors prior to the event. The agenda provided is intended as a guide and is subject to change. Program adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or to improve the overall event experience.

Dietary Accommodations:
Please share any dietary restrictions during registration. While IIAN and our venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee meals will be free from cross-contact. Participants are responsible for ensuring food meets their individual dietary requirements.
