Day at the Capitol – Lincoln
Join fellow young agents to connect with legislators and get a firsthand look at how our industry is represented at the state level.

Spring Conference – Kearney
NExtgen is part of the action with a presence at the trade show and time to connect with other agents.

Big “I” Legislative Conference – Washington, D.C.
A unique opportunity for a select group of young agents to advocate on Capitol Hill.

Break to Educate CE Webinars
Free, one-hour CE over lunch on Zoom. Topics vary each year. (An AI-focused session is currently in the works—pending approval.)

College World Series Social – Omaha
A fun, casual hangout during one of Nebraska’s biggest events. Last year was a blast, so we’re doing it again.

Join young agents across the country in giving back to our communities.

Play on a team or help out at Hole 16—it’s a great way to get involved.

A national leadership experience designed for emerging leaders in the industry.

NExtgen shows up in a big way with a booth at the trade show and by hosting the hospitality room.
