WIN Conference
Galentines Edition
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Glacial Till Cider House in Ashland for our second annual WIN Conference.
A Day of Connection, Growth, and Leadership
On February 12, 2026, women from across Nebraska’s independent insurance community gathered for a day designed to inspire leadership, strengthen connections, and celebrate the impact of women in our industry.
From keynote insights to breakout conversations and our Leadership Library book swap, the day was filled with encouragement and meaningful conversation.
What Women Found Most Valuable
In our post-event survey, three themes stood out: meaningful connection, relatable leadership insight, and practical strategies women could take back to their agencies.
Attendees shared:
“Connecting with other women in our industry and having uplifting, motivational conversations.”
“The speaker could really relate to our day-to-day challenges.”
“Tactical strategies I can use right away.”
Looking Ahead to 2027
WIN continues to grow each year, and we are already planning our next gathering of Women in Insurance in Nebraska.

Our Beginning: EmpowerHER 2025
In January 2025, Big “I” Nebraska hosted its first-ever EmpowerHER Women’s Conference. What began as a bold idea quickly became a powerful gathering of women ready to connect, lead, and support one another.
The energy from that first event laid the foundation for what WIN continues to build today.
